Website Management, Social Media Management, Content Design and Management
With over 800 members from across the continent, the Association of Mine Managers of South Africa relies primarily on electronic communication to engage with its members. CapriComm has assisted the Association since 2010 with managing its website, social media channels, email newsletters and various other content design.
Details:
Website Management
- Daily website content updates, including technical papers, Association documentation, district presentations and photographs from various events, as well as calendar and advertiser management
- Ensuring that all member details are correct and updated on the Mine Managers Community and assisting members with changing or recovering their access details
- Distributing Association updates and alerts to Association members
- Monitoring site analytics and making suggestions on changes or improvements to the site
Social Media Management
- Distributing relevant information through the Association’s social media channels and monitoring activity.
Content Design and Management
- Designing and publishing meeting notifications, special event notifications, information materials and more
